Need Development of a site similar to Fiverr.com

I am looking for development of a site similar to the idea of [login to view URL] with some added features. It looks like this site is built in Wordpress and I would be seeking advice to see if this would be the best suit for my website. I am NOT looking for a clone and would like a brand new set of code. I need to keep 100% of all source code of the entire project. The site must be able to take payments via paypal for US and international payments using a credit card through paypal for non paypal users. Same way as it’s done on [login to view URL] The site must be developed with all social plugins including but not limited to: Facebook, twitter, google plus, stumble upon, dig, etc… The site must be able to have users add videos and multiple pics about their services The site must be highly SEOable and be in line for all Google’s algorithms. In short the site must have all features that [login to view URL] has with some basic added features. I am looking for something that will be bigger and better than fiverr so keep in mind that the site will have to be very scalable with the expectation to get very big and have very high traffic.
