Bill Payment

Hello There , i am trying to build a website with a user friendly features to providing bill payments service through direct customers and age networks. Products and services : The websites will be able to make bill payments for Phone recharge -post and prepaid, Internet data, Utilities, school fees and others How it works , 1. Direct User's - You login and choose any type of bill/ service you intend to pay and both your product and payment is processed through integrated API and a receipt will be issued. 2. Agent User's - You will log into your account which will comprise of transaction profiles, histroy, Ewallets for an enable transactional process to buy same products at a discount to an indirect customer.
