Clean HTML/CSS Template Designed According to Given HTML+PSD Template

We need a series of clean html/CSS templates designed according to given html + psd templates and content posted in attachment. The templates must be xHTML 1.0 Transitional Table-less CSS markup compatible with IE, Firefox, Opera and Safari. Your bid will be for a single template, and if we are satisfied with the work upon completion, we will post another project for the designer to engage in ongoing work with templates design. The templates use table-less CSS layout, so do not bid for this project unless you are experienced with CSS! Your job is to: 1. Transform existing html template into table-less one. 2. Enter given content into template and add predefined given CSS files. 3. Create a new CSS files (and potentialy xhtml) to fit the given content into template. This includes editing and fiting of graphical elements (cutting pieces from the given psd files or modification of these pieces or creating a new elements). 4. Edit graphical elements and CSS files for additional color shemes according to given psd files The resulting template shell satisfy all requirements given in attachment. Please, post examples of your work. The bids without references (design examples) will not be considered.
