DON'T BID UNTIL YOU READ! Please check the attached HTML file, which has a mockup of a newsletter that I would like to send to my customers. I did it in Dreamweaver, but I don't know how it use Dreamweaver properly, so I need you to format and redesign it. I need the finished design to be delivered in HTML format so that I could paste it into the online mailing service that I use. As you can see from the attached file, I have a header (my business card), 13 listings with images and text, a logo, and a footer. Everything is there already. I just need you to make it look attractive, classy, and professional. If you think you can do what I need, send me a sample using something from my file.
