So that the client will be able to see the case details. Case Creation. • The firm will be able to add the case with the items taken into the consideration o File Number, Case name, Case Status, start date, incident date, Matter type, Lawyer Allotted o The firm will be able to add 9 of 15 • The system will maintain when the Case was created and when it was updated, every time when the firm is going to update or make changes to it. • The firm will be able to add the involved parties it o The firm will add/assign the client to it o The firm will be adding the opposition party to it • The firm can assign the judge and court as well to it, when the case comes to that stage Case Event • The firm will be adding the event on each occasion, which will include, event details, status, date, time • The firm will be adding the event action, as what action was taken in that event. • The event will include all the court meeting and meeting with the client happened in each occasion and where the case has been reached. • The firm will be able to search the case by the id and will be easily able to add the event to it. • The Judgment of the court will be also be added in the event. Case Attachment • The firm can upload the document based on the categories such as affidavit, reports, photos, Approval of close, Billing, Incoming mails, etc. Case Billing • The Billing will be added by the firm, based on the time spend on the case, or based on the activity. • The firm will be able to select activity, time spend and put the amount on it • The firm will also be able to put the collected amount from the client in the form of check, cash etc. The firm will be adding the date • The system will be showing the Summary of Billed amount and pending amount. • The system can decide, whether the case is billable case of flat fee. 10 of 15 Case/Client search • The firm will be able to search the client information or case file by case id, client name, email, phone number or address etc. Case Task The firm will be able to create the task and will be assigning the firm lawyer to it or any of the user of the firm. The client in this case will be able to see what task are being done by the firm and also the event on each of the case. Case Judgment. The case will be mark closed, once the judgement is given by the judge, the case can be still in open state, if the client wants to reapply. Firm Calendar • The calendar will be seen by all the firm member to see what even is planned for any particular date for this case.
