Setup LDAP system for Remote Access on EC2

I have created a fresh EC2 instance with Windows Server 2012 I have a local LDAP instance and can connect using ASP.NET MVC, however I need to be able to connect to a remote instance. Freelancer will need to access the EC2 box via RDP and set up the Server with Active Directory, make it accessible remotely with at least 2 users to test which will be the final deliverable Start your bid with "I can do this" to show you actually read this brief. The budget is low as I only want Freelancers who know what they are doing and have done it before and can do this quickly
