Create win32 command line binary to read & modify specific QuickTime .MOV file metadata

I need a simple win32 command line binary that will read and allow modification of very specific QuickTime .mov file metadata. For each Audio track in the .MOV file, we need to output the Channel Labels of each channel as text. This is easily view using QuickTime 7 Pro on any Windows machine. For example, setting channel 0 of a given track to "Discrete 0": trackChannelLayout->mChannelDescriptions[0].mChannelLabel = kAudioChannelLabel_Discrete_0; Per: [login to view URL] The CLI input arguments and output format should match each other exactly and use either tab delimiting, new lines, or something like XML/JSON to encapsulate. I believe this will need to be written in C/C++, and can take advantage of the QuickTime SDK for Windows (attached).
