About Us ------------------ Our startup has ambitious goals to change the way business software is used globally. To achieve our vision, we are looking for a PHP Web Developer (part-time/full-time) from Asia (for timezone reasons). ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Software Engineer, Web Platforms ------------------------------------------------------------------------ We are looking to hire the candidate on a part-time/full-time basis depending on the candidate’s availability. The main focus will be for the individual to design, implement & manage mobile responsive web applications that impact our customer’s businesses and lives. The role will be entirely remote, giving you the flexibility of working from home. Candidate’s Experience ------------------------------------------------------ The candidate will need to have experience with the CakePHP framework. 80% of your time will be spent developing new functionalities and 20% might be spent troubleshooting issues in production as and when needed. Key Skills Required: Proficient with PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, REST API, XML, AJAX and CSS3 Experience working with the MVC Framework CakePHP Experience building API integration such as Twitter, Facebook, Google maps, Instagram, etc. Hands-on experience in MYSQL databases Optimization SEO/Content/Website Speed, Web security Document deliverables Desirable Skills: Experience in Agile development methodology WordPress development Experience with GitHub and other code repositories Experience with Rollbar error management Experience with Trello Experience Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD Experience with Bootstrap Other attributes Ability to explore new tools and technology Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong team player, easy-going character Compensation ------------------------------------------------------ Salary is entirely negotiable (please quote your rates for part-time/full-time). As a key founding member of the software team you can potentially receive equity stake in our business depending on individual performance. For the right candidate we can offer part-time/full-time basis depending on the candidate’s availability.

Are you crazy? What the hell are you talking about? The budget! Do you think it is reasonable? No one can do that within your budget. Furthermore, the project has got a PROBLEM needs to be considered. Anyhow that is not a point. Point is that I can do and the budget is not reasonable.
