Buenas noches estamos presentando un problema con la ejecución de algunos SP. El comportamiento en común es que las consultas responden con normalidad después de hacer una alteración al sp sin ninguna modificación, después de un tiempo vuelve a presentarse la lentitud y tenemos que volver a hacer el Alter al sp para que vuelva a la normalidad. Entre la documentación que se ha revisado se sugiere aplicar un comando que se llama OPTION(RECOMPILE), el mismo fue aplicado pero estuvimos monitoreando y volvimos a ver el mismo comportamiento.
