I would like someone to design a backhoe attachment for the back of an Ariens GT or S series lawn/garden tractor with hydraulic outriggers. Tractor weight 960 lbs. Max. Allowable Added weight 405 lbs. front / 1385 lbs. rear I've looked at; Woods BH6000 looks great (which Woods says is too big/heavy for the Ariens) Kwik-Way Manufacturing makes one for the Ariens but they want too much money for it and say I need to have their front end loader for it to fit/work. Engineering looks like crap [login to view URL] looks like crap [login to view URL] PRO800 Plan looks great although it does not have hydraulic outriggers and the cylinder for the main boom is in front of the boom, MID600A Kit looks fare but I'm not going to pay for laser cut plates and shipping to the US Digging depth, reach, and swing are not all that important but the farther the better. I'll be cutting out all the plates myself on a CNC plasma table.

I have over 6 yrs experiance with mechanical design. I convert AutoCAD files to SolidWorks files on a daily basis. I am a CSWP and teach drafting part time at a local college. I will complete all part and drawing files in SolidWorks 2011, create a PDF of the drawings, put all in a zip file and send when project is complete. I charge $25 per hr with a min of 2hrs. If you doesn't matter about bucket capacity and/or digging force, I could make a new one as BH6000, with lower weight reducing its size. It will includes mechanical and hydraulic drawings and a fully functional 3D model in solidworks.
