Pressure washer

I am looking for someone who can reverse engineer a pressure washer and can make a new Pressure washer with these attributes 1. Automatic safety valve with low pressure by-pass 2. Inlet water filter for more pump life 3. Compact enough to carry 4. A storage tank of 5 liter capacity which can be filled when needed 5. The pressure washer should have the capability of Heating the water to 60-70 Degree Centigrade. 6. It should not weigh more than 10 kg 7. HP Hose and Power Cord Storage 8. Total Stop System (pump stops when not in use) 9. Rubber Tread wheels for easy portability Yet there are lot of things that need to be discussed. For references here I am attaching couple of images.
