Update Meta Data and Main Page Content of OS Commerce Site

I have a site that was developed using OS Commerce (I think) and I need to update the meta data (Title, description, and keyword tags). I also need to add some written content onto several high level category pages. Unfortunately, I have no idea where or how to update any of this information. I will provide all of the content to be used in updating these elements so all I need is someone that's familiar with OS Commerce and knows where to go to input this information. It should be a very quick project for someone that knows what they're doing. Again, I will provide ALL of the content so you will simply copy and paste the information I provide into the proper admin sections within OS Commerce. Or so I hope. The winning bidder will receive all the requisite information needed to log into the admin section. Please let me know what specific questions you have in order to make an accurate bid.
