Counting mechanism

Hello! I can make your counting mechanism in Solidworks (2016 or 2018 version) with all necessary details. After I can convert model in whatever format you need, so you could easily import it into another programs or print it. I have 9 years of experience in 3d modelling and drafting. Some of my models was printed, cutted with CNC machine, used in VR. Also I have experience in prototyping. Can you send me sketches of the mechanism so I can better understand the amount of work? first of all, i am understanding the exact requirement, what i understand is i have make a mechanical counting attachment which would be able to attach withe bottle, correct me if i am wrong. if i am right that i have check the possibility and brainstorm the idea. the budget is not suuficient for the design. we can discuss over it . thanks

Those mechanism should be easy and simple i think...make a ring with slot / pocket inside and fill them with a paired ring (where we have a number on it), the inner and outer ring should be paired and lock with flexure mechanism.
