CD/DVD Backup software

I am looking for some software to be written that will allow the user to select files from the hard disk(s) (or the whole disk or multiple disk). The software needs to allow these files to be backed up over multiple CD / DVD disks. Minimum required functions: 1)Choose files from disk or disks 2)Support CD and DVD 3)Support the operating systems listed below 4)Produce a XML and HTML file that lists the files backed up. 5)Restore should be possible directly from the CD and require no additional software 6)Files should be able to be read nativly off the disks. 7)There should be an option to compress the files or span files that are greater than the size of the disk. If files are to be spanned then software needs to be included on the disk to restore. 8)There needs to be a pop-up licence that needs to be accepted prior to install (licence to be provided by me later) 9)Backup and restore should be possible on any of the supported operating system. 10)Needs to be an option to backup system files (if not available at backup time) 11)Needs to gracefully handle errors 12)Produce logs of backups carried out. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) 2 versions of the software one that is a trial and is limited to backups that fit on two disks. And one full unlimited version. 5) Install document 6) User guide ## Platform Windows 2000,XP,ME,2003,98 I will also be interested in bids that only support XP and 2000 but this should be clearly indicated in the bid.
