database utility

This is a utility to conveniently and interactively import Excel, Access and delimited text files. The import process should be user friendly and should left us view the first few records of data and/or any headers during the process. We wish to combine these files in a priority order, and create a single large file. Then we wish to perform simple math and financial operations according to a formula. For example, the utility would ask for an interest rate, and would populate fields with current and future mortgage payment amounts. Simple stuff. Finally we need to export from this database in segments of 12,500 (or any number we choose) to a new .csv file with headers. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
