I have an existing Win32 ClamD implementation, I need an MDaemon plug-in to feed messages to ClamD, and handle the results appropriately.
If a message is infected, the plug-in would be expected to delete the MSG file, and alter a CTL file (in Windows INI format) so that MDaemon can log an appropriate error message. Alternatively, a "tag" option would add a RFC2822-compliant X-ClamAV header indicating the virus scan results.
See the attached file's "[login to view URL]" for a more detailed overview with regards to creating and MDaemon plug-in. Expect to be using the SMTPMessageFuncName or SMTPMessageFuncName2 functions.
Logging must include the name of the file as supplied by MDaemon, and the results of the scan.
