Hi I am a civil engineer by profession and an experienced designer. I usually take projects on percentage basis and taking an average cost of $2000 per Sq.m the price is coming to $20 a Sq.m with 1% of total construction cost(the price that i generally charge or 4% of MEP construction cost). I would complete the phase 1, that is, 65000 Sq.m for a price of $5500(Negotiable) lump-sum. Time of completion - 25 days(+5 grace for unexpected circumstances) I have previously done similar projects, one of which worth mentioning here is MEP works for an industrial warehouse and building at Angel Street, Australia(according to AS/NZ building codes) I am interested in your project and please respond to discuss the price. You need not worry about the quality of work since i myself am very particular about details.
